Guided Hike: Three Ponds & A Swamp (LI Greenbelt)

Perk up your holiday spirit with the usual few hours of vigorous exercise in the Flanders Woods, including the Three Miles of Sand; bring water and snacks; PLEASE BRING A MASK (optional while we hike, but a must if we pass other folks on the trail); meet at Sears Bellows County Park, Bellows Pond Road in Hampton Bays; inclement weather cancels, so call or text to be sure; fast pace, only one quick stop for snacks.
